Transmit and train
129H has been running training for trainers since 2006. Each year, we offer training modules for a wide audience, in France and internationally.
129H's trainings revolve around the discipline of slam, of which they explore all the components, from writing to orality, from stage expression to group communication.
The objective set with each participant is to master the tools and methods for conducting slam workshops or for speaking in public.
129H today acts as a resource structure in the field of training. Lyor and Rouda offer training of trainers, speaking training, as well as masterclasses. We export our know-how during training programs in the French-speaking world, in conjunction with the French Institutes and local associations.

FORMATION À LA PRISE DE PAROLE
Savoir prendre la parole en public est en enjeu essentiel dans le cadre professionnel. Ce programme de formation a pour objectif d’apprendre aux employés à mieux communiquer et à interagir au sein d’un groupe selon les axes suivants : team building, résolution de conflits, communication orale.
MASTER CLASS
Individual or group master class in our Parisian premises, according to two themes: training in the animation of slam workshops and / or creation support.
FORMATION DE FORMATEURS
This training program is intended for future facilitators of slam workshops. We offer a methodological framework and a wide range of tools for conducting workshops: group management, stage expression, speech structuring, writing, voice control.

With the support of the European Social Fund and the City Policy, we have designed and published a methodological guide on the facilitation of slam workshops. In addition to this, you will need to know more about it.
This guide, co-constructed with several benchmark slammers, offers an educational approach, via a range of writing, oral and scenic expression games. It is widely used in France and in French-speaking countries by the actors of the slam movement. It is also the methodological basis on which our training actions are based.
